The sire of this filly is the much sought-after KWPN stallion Jovian. He finished his sport test in Münster-Handorf in 2019 with a dream mark of 9.08. In the same year he became World Champion of five-year-old dressage horses in Ermelo. The dam of Josy, Verb.Pr.St. Bonny, already sired a foal by Benicio that was sold at the Westphalian Foal Auction last year. The full sister of the granddam to Josy, Verb.Pr.St. Rosentänzerin by Rosenkavalier is the dam of the licensed stallion San Cavalier Plus, who was successful up to advanced level. He is the sire of Sir Sasse, who was also successful in advanced level. San Cavalier Plus changed hands at the Westphalian Spring Elite Auction for 70,000 Euros. All the successful horses mentioned from this mare line are from the same breeders house as Josy.
