With Very Special a colt of a special kind presents itself. The sire is the all-rounder Vincent. He was the only pony to qualify for the finals of the 2007 Bundeschampionat for five-year old jumping as well as dressage ponies. Very Special is the first foal of the five-year-old Gloria by Golden Challenge. Several licensed stallions, state premium mares and sport horses descent from this dam line. Ghost by Going Top who was licensed 2011 at the Westphalian Pony Licensing in Münster-Handorf is a son of Very Special's granddam Verb.Pr.St. Destiny by Dublin. He was sold for 40.000 € at the Westphalian Spring Auction in 2007. Ghost was not only Bundeschampion of five-year-old dressage ponies but also won international elementary level dressage competitions under the saddle of Jessica Krieg. Another successful mare from this line is the St.Pr.St. Defilee de mode. This all-rounder was Bundeschampionesse of eventing ponies in 2008, placed highly in dressage competitions up to elementary level and won several novice level jumping competitions.
