Fiona is the fourth foal of the dam So pretty M by Show Star. All four foals are out of a mating with the Grand-Prix winner Franziskus. Fiona's now four-year-old full brother Floristanus already competed successfully in tests for young riding horses last year. The great-grandmother of the siblings is St.Pr.St. Pik Dame by Pinocchio. She finished her mare performance test with a final score of 8.64 and participated in the Elite Show in Münster-Handorf. Eight of her nine foals are successfully competiting in shows. Flambeau by Funke was highly successful in international eventing competitions under the saddle of Simone Deitermann. The pair won Nation Cups and World Cup qualifiers and placed seventh in the former 4* CCI of Luhmühlen. In 2008 they became third in the German Championships for eventers.
